Mr. Matthew Hales, President, concentrates his GVI corporate efforts on the technical and customer aspects of the business. Mr. Hales is responsible for the execution of all contracts and oversees the Sales and Marketing aspect of the business. Mr. Hales has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, with emphasis on manufacturing and program control.
Mr. Mark Grisham is responsible for Maryland Operations including all businesses and contracts within the Maryland / Washington DC region. Mr. Grisham has more than 30 years of senior logistics management experience.
Mrs. Michele Neal, PMP is responsible for Charleston Operations including all businesses and contracts within the SC, GA and FL regions. Mrs. Neal has 20 years of experience in operations process development, system engineering process development, program management, risk management, and quality support modeling within DoD and commercial environments.
Mr. Tim Varvel is responsible for NAVAIR and NAVSEA supply services. Mr. Varvel is also responsible for overall internal company policy and direction. Mr. Varvel is a retired senior Navy officer and has over 30 years’ experience in supply chain management and administration.
Mr. Bob Wind is responsible for Rhode Island Operations including all businesses and contracts within the New England region. Mr. Wind has 25 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and program management.
